Every now and then I hear photographers say, "I don't Photoshop my shots. You lose becoming a real photographer". Analyzing the current trend in photography, about the majority of hobbyists and professionals have jumped in the digital bandwagon the last couple of years. Why? Simply because we found it easier to take pictures using a digital camera. No more waiting in line in photo labs just to finally get a glimpse of your photos. You can now view your shots instantly after every shot and easily adjust your compositions and settings. No more buying rolls of films every now and then. With the digital camera, you just need to purchase a memory card with enough space to hold all your photos in one or two photo sessions. |

ALPHA celebrates over coffee... bakit?....
ALPHA may not have won the major raffle prize during the CANON Product Launch at the Blue Leaf in Fort Bonifacio last night, yet we had fun as our past president, Jonathan "Josh" Cayaon paraded the oldest Canon Camera on stage. As an event sidelights, he tied first place with another photographer, Arnel Macariola. They were both awarded a Canon Pixma Printer. Josh proudly displayed a Canon VT camera (circa 1950s) which he borrowed from his "grandfather." Slightly bitin from the cocktails and beer, we headed to Krispy Kreme to celebrate as ALPHA knows best, coffee! Can you guess who owns the vintage camera? Basta patandaan, kaya manalo ng ALPHA.
Our salute to Canon for holding fun events for photogs. Ganda ng tshirt 'no?
 Antok na ang granpa. |
